Mindset and Performance Coach and Mentor
I have been performing in the West End, nationally and internationally for the past twenty years. Having played in the ensemble and working my way up to many lead roles, such as Eponine and Fantine in Les Miserable, Sophie in Mamma Mia and Grizabella in Cats, I have had my fair share of auditions. Experiencing a high level of excitement and anxiety was always part of the audition process and I have always known that preparation is key. Combating nerves for performance and auditions is key to your success and I believe that my mindset coaching can help performers free themselves from self sabotaging thoughts and enjoy the process and share their talents. I have created Mind Management technique workshops and 1:2:1 coaching programmes to help performers mentally prepare for auditions and performance. I am now the founder of the company “The Musical Mentor” and I am so passionate to share my knowledge with performers, who have suffered with performance anxiety and audition nerves. I want to help them create a positive mindset, a winning attitude and a love and excitement for sharing their talents.

‘Ground Breaking’ ‘Revisitable Experience’
‘Not only is it a great reassurance, but it also works when put into practice. One of my biggest fears as a performer was that when the time came to audition for my favourite show ON EARTH (Les Mis) that I would be too nervous to do my best. However, with the application of Sophia’s techniques I now find myself 1 month into my contract on that very show.
