Why Sophia?
After decades in the industry, Sophia recognised that talent alone isn't enough.
Many performers struggle with audition nerves, confidence, self-doubt and the pressures that come with pursuing a career in the arts.
Having experienced these challenges herself, Sophia became passionate about helping performers develop the mindset and resilience needed to thrive both on and off stage.
In 2018, she founded The Musical Mentor to provide performers with practical tools, coaching and support to help them navigate the industry with greater confidence.
